Q:  My Student is Gay

Q:   My student doesn't know how to join Class Dojo.  What are the steps we need to take?

A:  In order to access Class Dojo, please see go to the following URL, https://www.classdojo.com/.  You will need to access your student's Class Code prior to signing up.  Both you the guardian and your student need to create an account.

Q:  I need to have food delivered to my student.  Who do I need to contact?

A:  Please click on the NCS Food Delivery Link and complete the Request for Home Delivery of Meals form.  

Q:  I am having problems accessing wifi for virtual learning.   What do I need to do?

A:  For wifi "hot spot" assistance please contact Mr. Spears at Howie.Spears@nelson.kyschools.  

Q. I am having problems with my Chromebook at home.  What do I need to do?

Q. I don't understand how to use Google Classroom.  Do you have any suggestions?

Q.  My keyboard continues to pop up on my screen every time I try to do something.  How do I get it to stop?  

A.  In order to change this setting you must do the following:  Click in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, select accessibility, the bottom option will be onscreen keyboard, make sure it is turned off.
