We have are providing a number of opportunities for us to get better & prepare as a team for the upcoming season. Works will involve strength/ speed training, as well as offensive & defensive skills

PLEASE NOTE THE FIRST OFFICIAL PRACTICE FOR GRADES 8-12 BEGIN 8 AM on Thursday July 27

(If you do not participate in every practice beginning on July 27th you will not be eligible for the 1st Scrimmage according to VHSL safety rules. You must have a valid VHSL Physical to participate in practice)
