D2L -Access to D2L is not impacted. Users will be able access D2L directly via - http://neiu.desire2learn.com. D2L will receive no Banner feeds during the outage, so no student enrollments or faculty assignments will change during that time.
Tk20 - Access to Tk20 is not impacted. Users will access Tk20 directly via http://neiu.tk20.com. Tk20 will receive no Banner feeds during the outage.
NMAIL - Not impacted. Access to Nmail - http://nmail.neiu.edu

- You can now log into Banner using your NetID and password
- Banner 9 is a mobile responsive technology
- Registrar / Enrollment Services - The processing of official transcripts will be affected. Students will not be able to submit requests for electronic (PDF) transcripts until reconnected to Banner. Additionally, students will not be able to view their unofficial transcript during this period.
- Student Application - Enrollment services will disable the payment gateway, edit the application submission page with NEIU holiday messaging. Student will then be able to submit applications without fee payment.
- Advising Center - Little to no activity during the break.
- Payroll - Web time entry will be down.
- Controllers’ Office - Office won't be printing any vendor or payroll checks during the week.
- NOTE: SSB will be down and no access to FOAP financials from December 22nd - 31st, 2018.

The Office of University Technology Services is excited to announce that it will be launching an upgrade to the NEIUport web site (Ellucian Luminis 5 platform) on January 1st, 2019.
UTS has scheduled this upgrade to take place starting Saturday, December 22nd, 2018 at 11:59 p.m., and will continue through December 31st, 2018 at 11:59 p.m.

Ellucian's Luminis 5 is a critical upgrade for NEIU that will affect every student and employee.

- Updated design / new layout structure (everything from the 'old' portal would still be there )

- Consolidated design with 4 essential tabs - NEIU Central (for whole university),Student, Faculty, Employee
