Our second issue, Nostalgia, is out now! We put a lot of hard work and effort into this issue, and we hope you enjoy it. This issue is meant to bring joy to any and all humans, no matter the circumstance. Make sure to check out our 2019 December show pieces in here as well!

Senior Spotlight for June

Drew Messer is a senior creative writer in the program. When Andy is not acting as our show manager, this writer can be found downtown in the depths of Blue Star or at any local poetry events. Andy also plans on studying creative writing in college overseas. Check out their piece in the 2019 Fall Nostalgia Issue: Crescent City Lights.



Writer Spotlight for June

Ricardo Rodriguez is a three time published poet in NESA’s Fiction Creative Writing course. He was born and raised in San Antonio and enjoys using his native language of Spanish in his work. He often visits family in Mexico and it’s where he finds his inspiration. Check out his piece Pillows & Peacocks in this issue Nostalgia.
