Materials: UIL Set A (Spelling and Vocabulary will use ASW materials)
Events: All academic events, including Computer Science Programming. No speech or debate.
Entry Deadline: Friday, January 23, 2026
Fees: $8 per entrant, even if competing as a team. $20 per entrant for journalism events.
Entry Limitations
No Computer Science Programming team can have more than three students, but you can register multiple teams
No more than four Ready Writing entries
Drops not accepted after the entry deadline of Friday, January 23, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. Your school is responsible for the number of student entries provided by the deadline; we will not adjust numbers the day of the event if a student does not attend the meet.
Late entries are allowed up to the day of the meet; arrive with a new - filled out registration form for the additional entries; your school will be invoiced the day of the event or you may pay for additional entries at registration on the day of the event.
Awards:
Individual:
Medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and overall high score in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Ribbons for 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th place.
Sweepstakes: Trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place.
Teams: Plaques for 1st, 2nd place in each event/category listed below.
Accounting | Number Sense | Calculator Applications | Mathematics | Science | Spelling | Literary Criticism | Computer Science | Current Events | Social Studies | Journalism
Mathematics and Science: 9/10 and 11/12 grade divisions.
Number Sense, Calculator and Computer Science Written: Novice and Veteran divisions.
Hospitality: Hospitality for coaches, judges, and drivers will be provided in the 2nd floor teacher's lounge.
Concessions: Concessions will be available for students in the cafeteria by our DECA club.
Grading: Coaches are expected to grade each event.
