PNG sequences can be tough to work - corrupted images bring Premiere to a screeching halt whenever I try to create a video with transparency, allowing for compositing our models with other footage like the Starfield background in After Effects. This video shows how to add a green background to a Blender animation without it casting a green light on your model, making it easy to key out the background in Premiere or After Effects! There's a bit of shader building to make this work but boy is it easier than dealing with Quicktime MOV files, especially if your Premiere isn't set up to whork with them.
