No-show classes, late fees
A: If you need to cancel late or if you no show to a class, simply reach out to the location by phone or email to add the credit back to your account.
Will I have an account at each location?
A: Yes, you will have an account created for you at each participating location.
What if I misplace my punch card?
A: If you misplace or forget to update your card, don’t worry—we’ll also be keeping accurate records on our end!
Refunds?
A: We are able to give a refund up to the start date of the Fit Crawl. After January 25th, we are unable to give any refunds.
Do I have to go to studios in a particular order?
A: No, you can fill out your punch card in any order you prefer!
What if I can't fill out my card?
A: You are still eligible for 20% off memberships and class packs at any participating location, but will not be entered to win the grand prize.
