The Neenah Joint School District (NJSD) Instructional Technology Department is focused on supporting our classrooms in preparing every student for college, career, military service and/or community contributions. The NJSD Instructional Technology Department continues to explore meaningful and educationally relevant applications of instructional technology to impact teaching and learning in our schools. We continue to learn more about the importance of focusing on the “why” of instructional technology. This learning instructs the NJSD Information & Technology Plan with goals tied to instructional practices, student learning and foundational technology applications.

Students at NJSD have a variety of opportunities to experience educational technology at its best! All students in grades 6-12 are issued a Chromebook computer for use both at school and at home. Students in grades K-5 are all issued individual iPad tablets. Every 4K classroom has a set of iPad tablets available to use in class every day.

Foundational” applications at NJSD include a student information system (Infinite Campus); a learning management system (Schoology); productivity software (G Suite) and a data warehouse (eduCLIMBER). These digital tools provide access to instructional resources and software from both District-issued computers as well as through most personal devices with Internet access.

If you are looking for additional information, please visit the NJSD Information & Technology Plan. Or, if you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact Matt Anderson, NJSD Director of Instructional Technology.
