Introducing Paula Craig
Paula Craig currently lives in Needham, Massachusetts with her husband, Dr. Micheal Curry. Paula and Michael have four children; Niamh, Emma, John, and Brian. She immigrated from Dublin, Ireland to Dorchester, Massachusetts. While she loves the quality of life in America and doesn't regret immigrating 22 years ago, she still has fond memories of her homeland, Ireland.

Paula's Favorite Irish Foods
Tayto's
Tayto's are Irish potato chips, similar to Lays. In Paula's home, she often has a box in her kitchen for her kids to enjoy.
Brown Bread
Brown Bread is a traditional Irish bread, that Paula makes almost weekly. The flour that she uses is a special type of flour from Ireland. It is a delicious treat and a family favorite.
Beef and Guinness Stew
Beef and Guinness Stew is a salty robust stew that also if packed with root vegetables such as potatoes and carrots. In the United States it is similar to a casserole.
