Boris Gdalevich is my father. He moved himself and his family from Russia to the United States to escape the living situation in the Soviet Union. I would not exist if he did not move to Massachusetts, as his family was friends with my mother's family, and him immigrating to the United States partly inspired her and her mother to come.
