Alberto attended the Baldwin school from pre-k until seventh grade.
His class, the largest class in the school, consisted of seventy-two students who he got to know closely over the course of his nine years there.

Alberto's favorite thing to do growing up, and still to this day, is play soccer.
His forty-five-minute lunch period consisted of ten minutes of eating and thirty-five minutes of soccer. He remembers "showing up to [his] next class covered in mud from the match [he] just played with [his] friends"
