Physical activity is very important, especially during this time at home. It is recommend that we get 60 minutes of physical activity a day. Below are some ideas for you and your family. Remember: there are other things outside of workouts that we can do to stay active, such as going for a walk, taking small activity breaks while sitting for long periods, or doing chores around the house.
