Teacher will go over the rules and expectations of class rules and procedures. A hand out will be given to students and the teacher will explain what physical fitness means and the different
Components of physical fitness. Teacher will explain and demonstrate each stretching exercise.
Teacher will explain how each component will be tested for students.

Assessment/Closure: Students will be graded each day on their participation in class. In addition, students will be assessed on physical fitness components. I will ask questions
And get Feedback form students.
Students will be listening to speakers about making choices and the consequences that may happen if not making the right choices. Speakers will be discussing sex education.
Students will also be doing their six weeks physical fitness testing.

Some classes will be learning how to properly give CPR compressions. This is required before students can graduate from high school. This is a State requirement. Students will also learn how to help a person that is choking.
