JICS is a web-based student portal, accessed via a JICS tile in OneLogin.
Students use this tool for a range of functions including billing, registering for classes and viewing unofficial transcripts. J1 will also be used for a number of Housing, Registrar and Advising workflows.
Support for milestones will be presented throughout the year. Watch for email communications, and/or check back here for more information.

The first time you access your account information on the JICS Finances tab you will need to set up the following three account elements in Nelnet. This is true even if you have previously used Nelnet for payments and refunds. Your account information was not automatically transferred during the Jenzabar transition.
