NECINA was founded in 1996 by a group of visionary Chinese-American professionals in the Greater Boston area who shared a common goal:
“To build a platform for knowledge sharing, professional growth, and community contribution through technology and networking.”
The founders’ spirit of innovation, collaboration, and giving back continues to define NECINA today.

Bing He 何冰
With over 25 years of engineering and professional service consulting experience, Bing is a seasoned Silicon Valley veteran. He has held technology leadership and enterprise management roles at prominent companies including SquareTrade, Plumchoice, Sun Microsystems, AOL, and Netscape. He specializes in guiding both internal and external clients toward effective solutions that achieve exceptional ROI and foster customer success. Bing holds both an MS and BS in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
