Position Overview
The Northeast Bradford School District is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Paraprofessional to support our educational team. The ideal candidate will assist teachers in the classroom, provide one-on-one support to students, and contribute to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
Provide individualized support to students with special needs or those requiring additional assistance
Help prepare educational materials and classroom resources
Monitor student behavior and support positive behavior interventions
Foster a safe, nurturing, and supportive classroom atmosphere
Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and administrative staff as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting student learning
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Compensation
$13.00 per hour

Volleyball Head Coach
Position Overview
Northeast Bradford School District is seeking a dedicated and experienced head coach for our high school girls' volleyball team, starting in the 2025-2026 school year. This is a supplemental position that requires a strong commitment to student-athletes, a passion for the game, and the ability to effectively coach and motivate players. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Additionally, the successful applicant will emphasize character development and personal growth both within the program and in the community.
Requirements/Expectations
Plan and lead all team practices, games, and tournaments.
Develop and implement game strategies and training programs
Foster a positive and motivating environment for student-athletes
Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and academic excellence
Collaborate with school staff and administration
Oversee assistant coaches and ensure the safety and well-being of all players
Manage equipment and playing facilities in a responsible manner
Performs related duties as required
Qualifications
Previous coaching experience at the high school level
Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to motivate and mentor student-athletes
Salary
This is a supplemental coaching position. The stipend will be in accordance with the Northeast Bradford Collective Bargaining Agreement.

District Custodian - Full Time
Position Overview
The Northeast Bradford School District is currently looking to fill an evening district custodian. To apply, you must have prior experience in general cleaning procedures, compounds and applications, and a working knowledge of basic cleaning equipment is preferred. The ideal candidate should be able to work without direct supervision, have excellent organizational skills, be neat, and work well as part of a team. Additionally, they must have strong interpersonal skills, be cooperative, congenial, and service-oriented, and be able to handle a wide variety of duties with frequent interruptions.
