Graduation Project

Graduation Project Interviews will take place on March 6 and 7, 2024.

All the important information needed is below.

Please see your counselor with any questions.

Exit Interview Schedule

All seniors will complete their interviews on either March 6 or March 7 as indicated on the schedule.  (March 6 and 7 are early dismissal days for NESD students.)  We schedule 15 minutes per interview. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled time.  Students will be able to wait in the library until their interview time.  Please plan to dress professionally as if for a traditional interview.  Assessment for the interview is Pass/Fail and students will receive their feedback immediately after their interview.

Please ensure you make arrangements with work and other outside commitments to be here for your scheduled interview appointment.  If you have an acceptable conflict (ie- approved educational trip, college visit, etc.), please contact Mrs. Evans to discuss.  Also, please review and contact Mrs. Evans if your name is not on the schedule.

Senior Interview Schedule 2024
Graduation Exit Interview Questions 22-23

Exit Interview Questions

All seniors will participate in an interview with a three-person panel comprised of two school staff and one community volunteer.   Interviews will be held on March 8th and 9th in the afternoon in various rooms of the high school.  The interview will not be numerically graded, but students will receive a pass/fail grade from the panel along with constructive feedback to help them further develop their interviewing skills.  Each interview time slot will be 15 minutes.

The panel will conduct the interview with the following list of scripted questions that are the same for each student.  It is suggested that seniors review the questions prior to their interview and practice their responses with a parent or other adult to ease anxiety and help them best demonstrate their interviewing skills.
