Enrolling in BOLT is easy and straightforward, but there are a few important things to keep in mind.
If you have any questions about the program that might affect your decision, we recommend reaching out to the Principal of Online Learning before beginning the enrollment process.
If you're ready to move forward, simply complete the "Online Application" Google Form linked on this website. The application is quick and only takes a few minutes to complete.
The next steps in the enrollment process will depend on your current school status:
If you're currently enrolled in a cyber/charter school (other than Lincoln Edge) or homeschooled, you'll need to complete the application form and complete the Online Registration for Northeastern School District. Please note: we can not start a student in BOLT prior to the NESD registration taking place; it is recommended that you complete this process first.
If you're currently enrolled in Lincoln Edge, you'll simply complete the application form and Mr. Moyer will work with your school counselor to create your learning schedule.
If you're a student attending one of Northeastern School District’s physical buildings, once you submit the application, Mr. Moyer will contact your current building principal to review it. Then, he will collaborate with your guidance counselor to develop a personalized learning schedule for you.
This process should typically be very fast. Once you're enrolled, you’ll take part in an onboarding session for the VLN platform with Mr. Moyer. After that, Mr. Moyer will serve as your main point of contact within the Northeastern School District for any program-related support.
For academic and curriculum questions, your cyber teachers will be your go-to resource.
