Mt. Wolf Elementary PTO Book Fair

October 23-27

The Mt. Wolf Elementary PTO will be sponsoring a Scholastic Book Fair from October 23rd thru October 27th.  Book Fair Flyers are coming home this week.

BOOK FAIR SCHEDULE

These hours are dependent upon volunteer participation.

Monday, 10/23 – 5-7:30PM

Tuesday, 10/24 – 5-7:30PM

Wednesday, 10/25 – 5-7:30PM

Thursday, 10/26 – 5-7:30PM

Friday, 10/27 – 6:00-8:00PM - During Trunk or Treat
  

Make checks payable to Mt. Wolf Elementary PTO.

6% tax must be collected on all book sales.

Operation Help-A-Neighbor 

- Information For Families In Need

Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences - 11/8 and 11/9

Conferences will be held on November 8 and 9, from 2-3:30pm and 6-8pm.  

Each conference will be 20 minutes in length. 

We will once again be using PTCfast to schedule our Parent/Teacher Conferences.  If you would like to schedule a conference with your child's teacher, please click on the link below.  This link will direct you to the Mt. Wolf Elementary Conference Scheduler page on the PTCFast website.  After selecting your child's teacher, you will be asked to register with name and contact information.  Once registered, you'll receive an email with a link to choose your appointment time.

Notifications in Case of Emergency

If an emergency would arise at Mt. Wolf Elementary, notification would be sent via email, voicemail, and/or text.  Understanding that many people see text messages before email or voicemail, it is important that we have your permission to send texts to the phone numbers listed in your child's contact list.  

Please take a moment to review your child's contact information in the Portal , making any changes to ensure we get important information to you quickly.   Directions are below.

Log into the Sapphire Community Portal.   Portal Link

Then under "My Backpack", click on "Change Student Data".

Each phone number listed has 3 toggle options.

1.  Is the phone number unlisted? 

2.  Can the school send voice messages to this number?

3.  Can the school send text messages to this number?

Our Nursing Department is in Need

• Sizes 6-16 - Gently used Boys and Girls athletic pants and/or leggings (no jean or pants with buttons, please)

• Size 5-16 - Gently used Boys and Girls underwear (desperate need for boys underwear)
