Transcripts and immunizations for current students are free
Apply to a college FIRST before requesting to have your transcripts sent
Fill out the form below to have your transcripts sent
You can also order your transcripts through Parchment. Click the icon to access Parchment website.
NOTE: if you applying to the University of Utah, transcripts MUST be sent through Parchment.

Transcripts are $7.00 if ordered online ($5.00 transcript fee + $2.00 card transaction fee) by filling out the form below. Or you may come in to the school finance office and pay with cash for $5.00. If the transcript should be sent to more than one institution, the form must be completed again for multiple requests. Each transcript request is $7.00. Transcripts will be sent in 2-5 business days.
To make a payment, go to MySchoolFees
Click on Sign in to create an account.
Once logged in, select Nebo-Payson High School for the school.
Select Public Items, and choose Transcripts. Click Add to Cart.
Choose Continue to checkout, then proceed with your online payment.
Make sure to fill out the form below!
Transcript will be processed once payment is received
