Anthropology (semester) Social Studies Elective This course will deepen your study and understanding of Anthropology; an exploration of the human experience on a global scale. We will discover how anthropologists try to understand why humans do what we do by investigating ideas of culture, human/environment interactions, language, and archaeology.


World Civilizations/Geography (semester) Required This course is the study of events and issues in world history including physical and human characteristics of the Earth’s people, places, and environments.


U.S. History (year) Required U.S. History 2 focuses on U.S. History AFTER the Civil War. I have designed this course THEMATICALLY (each term we focus on a different topic). You will use historical thinking skills to analyze and understand important events from multiple perspectives.
