Where can I find the iBIM administrator ID?

The iBIM administrator ID is the ID of the workspace that is used to manage your iBIM users and logs. For more information, see: Configuration.

How can I extract data from Relatics to Word / Excel?

Relatics: I forgot my password, what should I do?

In the log-in screen, click on 'forgot your password'.

Enter your Relatics username and email. You will receive an email to reset your password.

How can I add new users to my workspace (project)?

This is something the Relatics administrator should do. If you are the Relatics administrator, you can find more information here.

I should have received an activation mail from Relatics, but I can't find it.

The activation mails are sent directly from Relatics, sometimes they are added to your spam folder. Otherwise, contact your Relatics administrator.

PDF Connector

How can I delete requirements that are made with the PDF connector?

Requirements that are created with the PDF Connector are always stored in Relatics. Therefore, any delete action should be performed in Relatics.
