1) Break up into groups of two or three.
2) Make a copy of the slide show below.
3) Divide slides evenly between your group.
4) With each member completing their chosen slides, fill in each slide of the slideshow.
5) Proofread and double check all facts of your group's slideshow.
6) Submit slideshow to the Google Classroom assignment.

2) Click on the link for the report template
3) Go to File --> Make a Copy
4) Rename file to "LAST NAME - Science Fair Report 2024"
5) Click on "Folder" button and save to YOUR google drive
6) Click "Make a Copy"
7) Your new report will pop up in a new window
8) Immediately close the template report!!
9) Work ONLY from your google document

You will need to fill out this form if you have a project that includes the following:
Mold Projects- Are ONLY okay if the study is stopped once mold starts growing
Bacteria Projects- Please wear the proper protect equipment when dealing with unknown bacteria and dispose of them properly. Examples of proper protective equipment include gloves and lab coats, and proper disposal like using chemical cleaners or Steam autoclaving.
Animal Projects- Please ensure that the animals used in projects are properly taken care of and that the project procedures do not cause harm to the animal subject nor the scientist conducting the experiment. Some risks include biting, scratching and injuries.
Human projects- All Human Subjects must fill out the Informed Consent Form (https://sspcdn.blob.core.windows.net/files/Documents/SEP/ISEF/2025/Forms/4-Sample-Informed-Consent.pdf) and Human subjects under the age of 18 must also receive parental/guardian permission. You may fill out once and let me know how many copies to make - I will run that number of copies for you so you only have to fill out once!
