Times: 

12:30:  3rd grade – 75 (33 girls/42 boys)

1:00:  4th grade – 81 (26 girls/ 55 boys)

1:30:  5th grade – 75 (32 girls/43 boys)

2:00:  6th grade – 96 (35 girls/61 boys)

2:45:  7th grade – 75 (37 girls/ 38 boys)

3:30:  8th grade – 90 (31 girls/59 boys)

Checking In: 

• Designated Team Parent/Volunteer to check in and pick up their parishes/program’s packet at the registration desk near the finish line.

• Packets will include the numbers for your participants to pin onto their uniforms.

• I recommend picking up your packet 30 minutes prior to the first race in which you have a participant.

Medals to be awarded to all runners:

Individual runners who come in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th place will receive an additional medal rewarding their accomplishments.  The individual medals will be given to the girls AND boys winners in each race.  I will announce the medalists after each race. 

Participant Run Finish Times:

A Timing Service company that will be onsite and have a live feed posting results on rougetiming.com.    Each runner will have a number safety pinned to their uniform with an electronic chip that will time their race.  All results will be available shortly after each race ends. The live link is listed above to see the time of each runner.

Running Course/ Distances:

• DISTANCES:  

  • 3r d- 5th Graders = 1.1 mile

  • 6th - 8th graders = 2.2 mile (*Twice around the course)

IMPORTANT REMINDERS: 

• Participants should have water, sunscreen, and access to first aid if anyone is to get injured.  There is no snack shack at this event.

• Street Parking is available in the neighborhood where the entrance to the racecourse is located.  Give yourself some extra time to park and get to each race in a timely manner.

• Please ask your runners to represent their parishes/schools with their school colors.

• No dogs are allowed on the premises.
