NDSU Club Tennis

About the Team

The North Dakota State University Club Tennis Team is a competitive club. We hold our first practice at the beginning of the year, usually sometime in late August or early September and continue to hold practices throughout the school year. Practices occur two times per week at minimum. At practice, basic drills, games, and matches take place. Practice is also a great bonding time! During the winter months, indoor courts are available for us to use.

We compete in several tournaments in the USTA Northern Section. Every year we have the opportunity to compete to go to the USTA Tennis On Campus National Tournament by placing 3rd or better in Sectionals. The matches completed prior to Sectionals determine our seed going into the tournament, as well as prepare us to compete against other top schools in our section.
