We are a computationally driven lab leveraging state-of-the-art technologies to understand crop genetics and build more resilient agricultural systems. Our research is guided by a 3R framework -- Response Omics, Response Modeling, and Response Phenotyping -- that integrates multi-omics, artificial intelligence and computational modeling, and advanced phenotyping to uncover how crops respond and adapt to environmental challenges. Through this integrated approach, we aim to translate fundamental discoveries into innovations that enhance crop productivity, stress resilience, resource-use efficiency, and the long-term sustainability of agriculture.
