Ms. Gwyn Whittington

My name is Gwyn Whittington and this will be my second year teaching

at New Dimensions Charter School. I received a BS degree in Business

Education from Mississippi State University and a BS degree in

Elementary Education from Appalachian State University. I began my

teaching career in 1996 as a Title I teacher and went on to teach 3rd,

4th and 5th grades in Caldwell County Schools. I also had the pleasure

of teaching Kindergarten for one year in Sarasota, Florida.

My goal is to ensure the success of my students by providing a safe,

engaging, and supportive learning environment. I strive to empower my

students to feel comfortable to try new things, ask questions, and

reach their full potential.

I love being a part of the NDS Warrior family! I am ready to make this

year amazing....Game On!!!
