Mrs. Dillingham grew up in Morganton before going to college at the University of North Carolina-Asheville. This is her 19th year in education. She taught for 12 years; 4 of those in 1st grade at New Dimensions. She has been an Administrator for Kindergarten through 5th grade at New Dimensions for 7 years. While attending the University of North Carolina-Asheville, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in K-12 literacy. She then proceeded to Gardner-Webb University and received her Master of Arts degree in Executive Leadership.
She is married to her husband Josh. They have 3 children: Kate, Emma, and Jacob. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and scrapbooking.
She has a passion for working with students and parents and believes that every student can be successful if they are given the right tools. Her goal, as an educator, is to make learning fun and challenging for every student and to give classroom teachers the support that they need so they can be successful.
