Crystal Stephens – Math Interventionist & ELL Teacher
With 30 years of experience in education and a lifetime teaching license, I’m excited to begin a new chapter at New Dimensions as a Math Interventionist and ELL teacher. I’ve spent most of my career helping students grow in confidence and ability, especially in math, and I’m passionate about finding creative, individualized ways to make learning stick.

Outside of school, I’m a dirt bike enthusiast (yes, really!) and spend my weekends racing or riding with my husband of 29 years. We have two grown children and three adorable granddaughters who keep life fun and full of adventure. Organization is my superpower—probably because my ADHD demands it—and I bring that same energy and enthusiasm into my classroom. I believe all students can succeed with the right support, and I’m thrilled to be part of a school that values both innovation and heart.

I look forward to partnering with families and colleagues to help every student at New Dimensions level up their learning!
