Welcome to Music!
I am the music teacher for elementary and the chorus and drama teacher for middle school.
I was born and raised in Hickory, NC. I grew up around music in my family, and participated in music activities from an early age all the way through college.
I was in band and chorus in high school and also attended music school in Nashville, TN for 4 years during my high school career.
I then went on to UNC Asheville, where I received a BS degree in Music. While in college, I was a member of the college choir and the sound tech for the UNCA Jazz band. I also did 1 year of internship at Horizon Studios in Asheville, NC.
I first came to New Dimensions as a parent for my oldest daughter, and then was asked to work here in 2010 as the music teacher.
I am married to Jason, and together we have 3 daughters and 1 step son.
I am very active in my church.
I love working at New Dimensions and I love what I do.
