Pay the Pre-Registration Fee of P1,500.00 via online transfer to NDDU's BDO Account.
Fill out the form HERE and upload the following:
a. Latest SHS Report Card
b. Screenshot of Successful encoding on the Applicant Access Module
c. Screenshot of successful payment of the Pre-Registration Fee.

This scholarship excludes students who wish to pursue degrees in Architecture, Engineering, Computer-related studies, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Biology, BSEd major in Science.
