Our vision is that of a culturally vibrant Philippines where indigenous crafts and artistic traditions flourish, and artisan communities are empowered as stewards of our culture. We dream that traditional crafts are preserved, valued, and passed on to future generations as living symbols of our shared cultural heritage.
Mission
The Department of Indigenous Crafts and Artistry is committed to:

preserving and documenting indigenous craft traditions
empowering artisan communities through training and support programs
promoting ethical cultural commerce and sustainable craft industries
increasing public appreciation of Filipino heritage through education, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
