Parent Survey: Wellness Topics for '25-26 Workshops
Graduation is such an exciting and proud time for the entire Notre Dame College Prep community. As we prepare to send our senior Dons on their way to their next chapter, we take comfort in knowing that that the past four years at Notre Dame College Prep have been filled with experiences, knowledge and relationships that can guide them in their future.
During this time of transition, we encourage parents, family, and friends of our graduates to make time for open conversations and to remind our Dons of the importance of prioritizing their mental health and wellness. Counseling and mental health resources are widely available on all college and junior college campuses, military bases and within the community. Talk to your Don about ways to ask for help after high school, as well as the importance of sleep, nutrition, and exercise to manage stress and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The articles and information featured on this page can help make this a smooth and successful transition for all, while also serving as a resource during your child's college journey.
This Lunch & Learn brought to you by CATCH is a must watch if you're sending a child off to college, especially for the first time!
