Technical Support Skills

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Extensive knowledge of Dentrix and many other office related systems.

• Proven work experience patching Windows and Linux systems.

• Detailed knowledge of Windows Active Directory Multi-Sites setup, deployment, and maintenance..

• Experience with networks including LAN and WAN

• Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms

• Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Good analytical and communication skills

• Ability to coordinate and schedule efforts between teams

• Ability to document processes and status

• Desktop/End User Support

• Administration/Quality Control

Certifications & Licenses:

• Microsoft Certified Professional

• Meraki Certified Professional
