ZOOM: All music lessons currently are only online via ZOOM until further notice. Please be sure to have your lesson in a public area at your house and wear appropriate attire (remember you're on camera). An adult should be near the meeting area. Currently times & days are quite flexible, so if you need to reschedule...just let me know.

ZOOM SETTING - EXTERNAL MIC and HEADPHONES:

• • under Advanced Settings in Zoom - please turn ON "Enable Original Sound" as doing so will allow me to hear your instrument and your wonderful music more clearly.

  • If available, External Mics may offer a higher quality of sound for your instrument than the internal mic on your device.

  • If available, Headphones may offer the student a higher quality of sound to hear my instrument & instruction while also minimizing any background activity volume.

LESSON TIME & YOUR ZOOM UNIQUE WEEKLY LOGIN:

• • I'll weekly email you your special meeting ID and password a few minutes prior to your scheduled time.

  • Note - All meetings are locked upon entry to keep your online experience safe from uninvited guests. Should you have trouble logging on at your lesson time, please text me.

  • You can click "ZOOM Join in" for a quick link there at your lessons time and enter your emailed "weekly" unique meeting ID and password.

You can send me a video a day or so PRIOR to your lesson to showcase your pieces / exercises for me to critique - please share this via MARCO POLO. The bonus of MARCO POLO is students can record their pieces / exercises as they perform without sound delay.
