For the week of March 9th - 13th:
Language Arts: This week, we will finish Literature Circles, reading our mystery novels. Students will be responsible for reading, journaling, and an assigned job for each meeting. Meetings will be on Monday and Thursday this week.
Math: We will continue working on our equation writing skills. Then we will work on additional word-problem-solving strategies.
Science: We will continue our unit studying the geosphere, learning about earthquakes and the rock cycle. Science Fair research notecards are due by Thursday, March 12th.
Social Studies: We will begin our next unit, learning about the events leading up to the American Revolution. There will not be a current event due this Friday. This week's geo quiz will be a review of the 50 States.
