I’m a second-year PhD student in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Notre Dame, advised by Prof. Diego Gómez-Zará in the ND-HCI lab.
My research explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Extended Reality (XR) can be combined to enhance collaboration in immersive environments. I focus on designing human-centered systems that support more natural, creative, and effective teamwork in virtual spaces. By studying both human-human and human-AI interaction in XR, I aim to develop new tools and interaction models that go beyond traditional in-person collaboration.
Previously, I earned my Master of Science from the University of Guilan, where I conducted research on image processing techniques for evaluating human zygote images. I also hold a B.Eng in Computer Engineering, Software from the same university.
I am passionate about advancing VR multiplayer systems to improve team collaboration and dynamics. My research focus is on Virtual Reality, and I am also interested in integrating AI to further enhance collaborative experiences in these environments, creating more responsive and effective teamwork tools.
