Through this website you can check the Child Care & Development Fund and On My Way Pre-K. These programs have varying eligibility, but all help families give their children solid educational starts.
The Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) is a federal program that helps low-income families get childcare so that they may work, attend training or
continue their education. In Indiana, CCDF is managed by the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) in the Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning.

On My Way Pre-K awards grants to 4-year-olds from low-income families so that they may have access to a high-quality pre-K program the year before they begin kindergarten. Families who receive a grant may use the grant at any approved On My Way Pre-K program.

The Head Start Program is a federally funded school readiness program that offers cognitive, social, and emotional development skills to children up to five years old. SBCSC will offer meals through the 2022 Summer Food Service Program Summer Food Service Program. (SFSP) is a federally funded, state-administered program which reimburses program participants who serve free healthy meals and snacks to children and teens ages 18 and younger in low-income areas over the summer months. Families are invited to visit one of the sites during mealtimes and your children will receive a fresh, nutritious meal at no cost.
