Can my family come?
Yes, you can bring family members with you to the event, as long as they understand that they will not be participating in Leadership Development Institute activities. But, please note that you cannot submit any reimbursements for flight/meals/etc. for family members.
What time is hotel check-in and check-out?
Check-in on 7/20 is at 3:00 p.m.
Check-out on 7/23 is at 12:00 p.m.
What time do I need to be in San Antonio on Thursday?
There is no set time for arrival on Thursday. We are hosting an *optional* event from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm if you are interested in joining the group. See itinerary for details.
Will I need to put a card on file at the hotel?
Yes, all guests must provide the hotel with a credit card for incidentals.
Can I leave the institute early?
As per your commitment, your attendance for the entire duration of the event is required. Each session and activity has been carefully planned to provide valuable insights and opportunities for learning and networking.

What should I wear?
We kindly request that all attendees adhere to a smart casual dress code for the duration of the event. Closed-toed shoes will be required for some of our visits, so please be prepared. Reminder: check the weather when packing. San Antonio is known for being hot in June. We suggest dressing in layers as we will be inside.

Walking shoes! Closed-toed shoes.
Can I rent a car?
Transportation will be provided during our program hours and most restaurants will be walkable. You will be given a $350 stipend after the event to be used at your discretion for all travel expenses. Parking has $20-$40 fees all across the riverwalk, so we suggest you do not.
How will we get around in San Antonio?
We are providing transportation to and from programming on Friday & Saturday.
