NCUJHS Athletic Registration 2026-2027

Welcome to our online athletic registration!

Parents/Guardians of student-athletes intending to participate in athletics MUST complete this online registration process, be cleared for athletic participation, and meet all eligibility requirements before engaging in any athletic activity.

Follow the prompts to register here for participation during the 2026-2027 School Year. Bookmark this site. You will not have to complete any paperwork for any other sports you register for this school year.

All students must have a current physical before participation. The physical may be uploaded to this registration (preferred), sent directly to the athletic director's email at john.gunn@ncsuvt.org, or faxed to NCUJHS at 802-766-2287.

Wellness Exam Form - Must be completed by primary care provider prior to athletic participation.

Soccer Practices start Aug. 31 

All participants must have completed the online registration process and have a valid wellness/physical exam on file in the NCUJHS Nurse's Office or uploaded to the Arbiter registration portal. A valid exam must be less than a year old. 

All students are required to have participated in 7 practices before competing in a game or meet. This is a VPA requirement.
