No Show/Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE: By registering for a TRIO Talent Search event, you are committing to attend. Any student who registers to participate in a TS-sponsored chartered trip/event (both virtual and non-virtual) and fails to attend without prior notification (no show or last-minute cancellation), will be placed on travel/participation restrictions which may result in: Forfeit of right to participate in future charter or non-charter events” Please review the TRIO Talent Search Student/Parent Handbook for additional details.

Travel Policies

Please review the TRIO Travel policies prior to attending any TRIO Trips. Any student in violation of TRIO travel policies including (but not limited to) smoking, alcohol, drugs, inappropriate public/private displays of affection, theft or vandalism will be immediately sent home at the expense of the parent/guardian AND will be permanently dismissed from the NCSU TRIO Talent Search program.
