The Triangle Prescribed Burn Association (TPBA) is a group of like-minded individuals in the Triangle area across 6 counties (Orange, Alamance, Person, Durham, Chatham and [recently added Caswell]) that come together to use fire as a tool for ‘Best Land Management Practices’  to restore the land and to advocate for people willing to support our effort. 

Our ultimate goal is to reduce the number of wildfires in our state.  We do this by working with local land owners and managers to help plan, prepare, and conduct prescribed burns.
