Conducted semi-structured interviews with nine transit agencies to collect experience on microtransit planning.
Estimated statistical models to study socioeconomic and built-environment determinants of microtransit demand.
Working on a NCDOT sponsored project to establish standard microtransit performance metrics (First-phase report).
