Enroll

There is no cost to join 4-H. To enroll your child, follow the directions below. If you have questions, contact our office.

4-H enrollment is completed at nc.4honline.com. Families previously enrolled in Stokes County 4-H may already be in the system and will simply need to input their email address and then reset the password to access information for re-enrollment each year*. To view instructions on how to enroll your child online, visit this link.

If you have limited access to the Internet, you can complete the Enrollment Form and Medical Form by hand for your child. Review the Code of Conduct with your child. Turn your forms into your club leader or send them to Stokes County 4-H, P.O. Box 460, Danbury, NC 27016.

If your residence is outside of Stokes County and you choose to participate in and compete with a Stokes County 4-H Club, you must have a Declaration of Intent To Compete Form on file with our office as well.

*Children must be re-enrolled in 4-H each year in order to continue participation in 4-H clubs and programs. Re-enrollment can be performed online by updating your child's information each year or by submitting a new updated medical form to the county 4-H office.
