In this project, our group worked with Alura to evaluate the canine food, treat, and supplement market. Alura developed a more efficient way of manufacturing an ingredient that supported immune health in canines that they wanted to take to market in the U.S. We performed a market analysis on the canine food, treat and supplement market, interviewed key opinion leaders in the industry to further gain expertise and advice on how Alura should move forward to market, identified some potential partners for Alura in the future and created a strategy for Alura to enter the market and advertise their product. The PowerPoint presented to Alura can be found below.
In this project, my team and I worked with Cosmic Eats who developed a vertically integrated food system. Cosmic Eats began when they won the Deep Space Challenge hosted by NASA to address food supply issues on long round trips to space. They are now looking for terrestrial applications of their technology. As a team, we evaluated different markets in which Cosmic Eats technology could be applicable. We performed a market analysis on 3 markets Cosmic Eats was most interested in, interviewed KOLs in these markets, and provided a market recommendation/go-to-market strategy for the company based on what we found during our research.
In this project, my team and I worked with Labcorp on the potential to develop a companion diagnostic for the detection of AAV antibodies for the safe and effective treatment of rare diseases using AAV gene therapies. Our team was tasked with determining which AAV serotype was most commonly being used and researched in the clinical trial space, identifying which companies may be the best vendors and suppliers of AAV capsids for Labcorp to partner with, and determining who the major competitors were in the space. We also provided Labcorp with final recommendations based on our research.
