Well, no, but almost all students benefit from using molecular models to aid in visualizing the 3D structures of molecules.

Yes. This is a toolkit to help you in class and on exams.

No. It is the student’s responsibility to take ownership of the material, create notes, and prepare individualized study materials.
What book are we using?

I don’t have the recommended edition of the textbook; can I use previous editions?
Any textbook you will study is better than one that you will not. However, it is incumbent upon you to make sure you cover the sections and recommended problems from the edition we are using in class.
Are there mathematical equations in organic chemistry?
No. But still (or because of that?) it is a beautiful science.
