Teams
Every year we create two teams, Black and Red to compete in local tournaments against other schools such as Duke, UNC,UNCW, UVA and more. Both of these teams will attend about 3 of these local tournaments per semester.
We also send both of these teams to compete in the NCVF nationals during the spring semester. These two teams are composed of 11 girls per team ranging in skill level. However, both teams are highly competitive and will be practicing together majority of the time.
|The Black Team
The black team is the most competitive out of the two teams and is composed of players who obtain the highest skill level. During tryouts any player has the opportunity of making the Black team regardless of age or volleyball background. Black players poses a highly competitive mindset and are expected to perform well at tournaments.
|The Red Team
The red team is the second most competitive out of the two teams. Red players are also expected to have a high skill level. During tryouts any player has the opportunity of making the red team regardless of age or volleyball background.
|Practice Players
Our team offers practice player positions in which the player is invited to practice with the team and attend any fundraising or social events hosted by the team. Practice players will not play in tournaments. However, they are always invited to attend to support the team. Team expectations apply to all players including practice players.
Code of Conduct
The code of conduct are the rules and regulations in which all members of the club abide by. In order to become a member of the team, players that make the team must sign the code of conduct. If a player fails to abide by the code of conduct, the player is subject to leave the team.
