This 24-month developmental program, sponsored by USPS' Chief Financial Officer, is designed for recent college graduates. The program provides opportunities to participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to Postal Service leadership. The program focuses on developing future leaders of the Postal Service by providing impactful training and skill-building opportunities to allow Emerging Professionals to contribute to the growth of the organization. The 4flow Challenge is a national undergraduate supply chain case competition where teams of 3 to 4 students solve a real company’s logistics and network design problem. Teams receive coaching from professional 4flow supply chain consultants and present their solution to industry professionals. Finalist teams compete in person at 4flow’s North America headquarters and get the chance to network with consultants and recruiters. Please use the link below for more information.
Where: Finals will be at 4flow’s North America headquarters in Royal Oak, Michigan (near Detroit).
When: The competition takes place during Spring 2026, with finalists traveling to Detroit for the in-person final round.
How: Form a team of 3 to 4 undergraduate students and apply through the 4flow website. Selected teams will receive the case, work on the solution with guidance from 4flow consultants, and top teams will be invited to compete in person for cash prizes.

For Sophomores and Juniors (preferred)
Deloitte’s Digital Launchpad program is coming to NC State, and the application is now open from Wednesday, February 11 – Wednesday, February 25.
What should I expect?
The Deloitte team is looking for eager and driven students to join this pilot cohort and participate in the Consulting 101, Data Analytics, and Automation Bootcamp. This will be a 4-week instructional and hands-on bootcamp program led by Deloitte professionals and low-code/no-code Salesforce Subject Matter Experts.
During the bootcamp, Sophomores and Juniors will learn what to expect from careers in consulting and data analytics. Through a series of 2-hour sessions, students will get an introduction to product management, data analytics, business process automation, UI/UX, and conclude with a final case study. After participating, students will walk away with a concrete understanding of the benefits of the Salesforce platform and how it supports analytics and process automation.
Students will learn the art of applying innovative solutions to tackle real-world challenges without the need for coding. Students do not need to know how to code and will not be expected to code in this course.
This bootcamp is open to Sophomore and Juniors from Poole College of Management, with no requirements for prior technical experience to be successful.
What will participating in the bootcamp look like?
This bootcamp is a total of 4 sessions over the course of 4 weeks with classes being taught in-person at NC State’s campus. The bootcamp will include lecture-based instruction, hands on learning/exercises, and live system demos from Deloitte Salesforce teams.

This competition is designed to simulate real-world supply chain decision-making and strengthen analytical, strategic, and presentation skills. It is open to both 2-year and 4-year college students, and there is no cost to participate.

Awards will be presented to both 1st and 2nd place teams.

Participating teams will be supported by a Deloitte practitioner to strengthen their consulting approach and presentation skills in preparation for final presentations to a panel of senior Deloitte practitioners.
