I aim to provide a classroom that fosters curiosity, belonging, collaboration, and diversity. It is my belief that a classroom should emphasize growth of each student in the areas of academics, critical thinking, and communication. I will be a source of security, inspiration, nurturement, and empowerment for each child that may be under my leadership. I strive to be an educator that establishes a harmonious classroom of individualized instruction and encourages a growth mindset from every child. I believe in creating a classroom environment that employs engaging lessons for all students despite their different learning styles. I value the idea that all students have the ability to succeed and it is my job, along with that students team, to ensure the student is given the resources and support they need to do so!
