My leadership and mission statement is to exhibit compassion, share the power and motivation of resilience, and empower communication among various communities.
CLDP has helped me grow as a leader in several aspects. It has helped me identify my strengths and weakness to better utilize and understand them. My strengths are brainstorming, planning, initiating conservation, etc. I like when people ask me about clubs or programs and create relationships with people.
My leadership style is democractic.
I like to promote a welcoming environment with all ideas to be considered. I give trust to encourage thoughts and solutions that generate creativity. It is good to ensure that members feel valued, in that they put energy and effort into their work. Work collaboration seems to flow better because everyone's work is seen. Moreover, I like when a team can trust others to get their work done and be able to focus on their part.
